We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to oversee the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of financial operations. This role is critical in ensuring compliance, driving strategic financial planning, and supporting executive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full cycle accounting function, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial statements, reports, and management dashboards to leadership and stakeholders
• Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business objectives and strategic initiatives
• Manage audit processes and regulatory compliance with external advisors and authorities
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decision-making
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in a senior accounting or financial management role, preferably in a corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Proficient in financial systems and reporting tools; advanced Excel skills required
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
